Majolica Majorca 2012 Lash King Mascara Review

mascara! I don’t know what I would do without it (unless you have fake eyelashes). I truly believe that mascara makes eyes so much more beautiful and also brighten/opens up the eyes. I have tried so many different mascaras in my life time and have found a few favorites here and there. But one that I especially have a place for in my collection is the Majolica Majorca mascaras by Shiseido.

I bought the 2012 Majolica Majorca Lash King (~$20) mascara from a seller on Ebay. Unfortunately, this product is not sold on Sasa.com or Amazon.com. But fortunately, it isn’t impossible to obtain.

The packaging for the product is very nice. I always like the designs of Majolica Majorca products. Check out their website, it’s pretty neat too: https://www.majolica.com.tw/.

I told you the packaging was cute. All of the Majolica Majorca mascaras always have their circular emblem on the end of the mascara wand handles.

I got my mascara in BK999, also known as black (lol).

Majolica Majorca Lash King mascara fibers and wand

The mascara wand applicator has little bristles that go all around the wand. The bristles are more on the stiffer side and are also short, which makes it nice for keeping your eyelashes from clumping together. It also allows for a nice combing of the mascara to fully coat your eyelashes.

The mascara glides on nicely, like all Majolica Majorca mascaras. It’s very smooth and feels almost a bit oily giving your eyelashes a painted black shiny look. The mascara is light on your eyelashes and will not weigh them down. You can expect your eyelashes to stay curled as they were in the morning.

This particular mascara, Lash King, also has fibers in it to add to the length of your natural lashes. Similar to the fiber wig mascara, you can build your lashes as long as you want if you keep on applying additional coats. The thing that I like more about the Lash King mascara in comparison to the fiber wig mascara is that it has more volume. Honestly, I think its useless to have long eyelashes that are thin.. you can barely see them if they are thin! You need to have volume!!!

When removing the Majolica Majorca Lash King formula, it can be a b*tch. Luckily, with good eye makeup remover, such as the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. But honestly, anything else you use will be very difficult to fully remove the mascara with. It is truly 100% waterproof. Lol and almost rub proof… Totally the opposite of how fiber wig is (in case you didn’t know, fiber wig mascara comes right off very very easily with water alone – so easy that a 5-year old can do it).

And of course, here is the before and after photos of the Majolica Majorca Lash King mascara.

Before: My eyelashes are already curled. I am wearing NO mascara. I have a thin line of eyeliner in black.

After: I have applied 3 coats of the Majolica Majorca Lash King mascara to my curled eyelashes.
