Megu Fujigamori’s (藤ヶ森めぐ) & My Flawless Gyaru Skin How To

In this post, I am hoping to accomplish 3 different things:

  1. Show you Megu Fujigamori’s flawless skin routine
  2. Show you my own flawless skin routine
~*~*~*~wp-monalisa icon~*~*~*~
Okay, with that said, lets have a look at Megu! Her skin looks pretty good huh? I’m sure there was some photoshopping here and there, but I’m also pretty sure that a lot of it was thanks to good make up as well.

If you don’t recognize where this gyaru is from, she is a Ageha magazine model, Megu Fujigamori (藤ヶ森めぐ). See her blog here: https://ameblo.jp/fujigamori-megu/

Here are the 5 products that she used to get her skin to look that nice.

A. Yves Saint Laurent ‘Top Secrets – Flash Radiance’ (~$55)
B. Orbis Smooth Matte Base (~$20)
C. Yves Saint Laurent Teint Radiance (~$48)
D. Chanel Double Perfection Natural Matte Powder Makeup (~$50)
E. Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder (~$52)

How Megu uses the products:

Step 1: After washing your face, apply the (A) Yves Saint Laurent ‘Top Secrets – Flash Radiance’. Start with the brush applicator at the bottom of your face move upwards and out.

Step 2: Next apply the (B) Orbis Smooth Matte Base to your nose and cheeks. This will make visible pores disappear, block oil to prevent shine, and also help make your foundation last longer.

Step 3: With your fingers (or even better a sponge), apply (C) Yves Saint Laurent Teint Radiance.

Step 4: Use the (D) Chanel Double Perfection Natural Matte Powder Makeup where extra coverage is needed. Then pat on the (E) Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder. You skin will look amazing afterwards!

Now that you’ve seen the products that Megu used, and how she uses them… Lets have a look at what products I am currently using.

A. Clinique Super City Block Oil-Free Daily Face Protector Broad Spectrum (~$21)
B. Givenchy Photo’Perfexion Fluid Foundation (~$48)
C. MAC Select Moisturecover (~$18)
D. bareMinerals Original Foundation (~$27)
E. Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder (~$52)

*Bonus* Pre-Steps: Make sure you always wash your face first! Then apply your favorite pore minimizing product. I am currently using Estée Lauder Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher, review coming up soon!

Step 1: The first step to any makeup routine should be to moisturize your face! I use the Clinique Moisturizing Gel. This way you can help your skin lock in extra moisture before applying any type of foundation. By doing so, it helps minimize dry lines and flaking skin.

Step 2: Apply (A) Clinique Super City Block Oil-Free Daily Face Protector Broad Spectrum evenly over your entire face.

Step 3: Use your middle and ring finger to gently apply the (B) Givenchy Photo’Perfexion Fluid Foundation over your face. I like to use 1 pump for each area of my face (cheeks, chin, forehead, and nose/upper lip/between my eyebrows).

Step 4: Use (C) MAC Select Moisturecover for extra flawless skin. Put a dot of the product on spots that you want extra coverage. Let it sit for a bit before you blend in the coverup. Don’t rub in the coverup, but instead pat it until it becomes seamless with your skin.

Step 5: Brush your preferred loose powder foundation. Here I am using (D) bareMinerals Original Foundation on places where I want extra coverage, such as my cheeks and forehead.

Step 6: Finish off the foundation routine with a few pats of the (E) Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder. This is such a magical last step. I’m not kidding, it makes an amazing difference to your skin after you use it. I really really have come to love this product. Flawless skin, thanks to step 6.

My skin has been a mess lately ~ I’m embarrassed to even show you guys the before photo, but whateveerrrr. Here is my face before and after. There is no photoshopping what so ever in these photos. As you can tell, there is a BIG difference in the before and after.

Product review for Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder coming up next!

Anyways, hope this was useful to those of you aspiring to improve yourselves. がんばってね

xoxo
